Delicious Italian specialises in cooking classes offering a wide array of traditional and more modern recipes from many Italian regions.
Our classes encompass all the aspects of Italian food from wonderful pasta dishes (using fresh and dry pasta) to original sauces combining typical well known ingredients with more modern and adventurous blends.
You will be taught the history of Italian famous dishes as well as the properties and, why not, the oddities about many ingredients used in Italian cuisine.
All our classes include demonstrations by our talented and experienced chefs however in many classes you will be offered the opportunity to cook alongside your trainer, by yourself or in a group making it a real hands-on experience.

Kids’ Cooking Classes and Birthday Parties
Children love making things with their hands and the messier the better! How about making the kitchen a friendly and interesting space for them in a safe, educational and fun way? Our classes aim to teach children how to use equipments and utensils too often foreign to them, whilst teaching them how to make simple but rewarding recipes. Children will be working in groups or pairs and will be allocated cooking tasks thus learning how to work in a team whilst focussing on their own goals. They will learn how to prepare dough, bake, cook pasta, roll meatballs, slice food, decorating dishes etc… leaving them more confident and enthusiastic about cooking. Furthermore they will become more appreciative of home-made food and the variety of its ingredients. Cooking Classes for Singles
Are you single and love cooking? At Delicious Italian we thought of a new and different way for you to meet other singles in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We believe that great food is the best ally for romance and you can be sure that you and the people you will meet have something in common. Our classes will have a gender balanced number and will feature ice breakers, chef’s demonstrations as well as hands on cooking competitions in pair and/or groups allowing plenty of time and opportunities to meet that “special” someone.
