Travelling and admin time is billed at $ 45 per hour
Many consultants regardless of where and how they do their consulting, whether with you at your workplace, providing advice over the phone or emailing their thoughts and opinions will charge just the same amount. We have also noticed that quite often businesses require an ongoing support or duties that were initially overlooked and surface at a later stage.
When possible we always prefer a face to face approach and are there to support you beyond the initial consultation or termination period of the project. That’s why we intend to provide you with the option of retaining us for a renewable period of up to 12 months. We will be available to answer your emails, your phone enquires and come to you once a month for instance to check how things are going and modify things if needed. If you are interstate we will fly to you at our expenses twice a year anywhere in Australia◊.
